This Lightroom preset will turn your street photos (or any photo actually) black and white and give it a gritty, high-contrast look.
The example photo (taken this evening at a free outdoor concert) was already black and white, but as mentioned, this preset will turn your photo monochrome. I also cropped in the after photo a bit, just because I prefer it that way.
