How do I download the presets?
Once payment is complete via PayPal, click “Return to Presets Galore” and you will be redirected to the download page. You will also receive an email with a download link, within a few minutes.

How do I install Lightroom Presets?
Windows
Open Lightroom
Go to: Edit • Preferences • Presets
Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder
Double click on Lightroom
Double click on Develop Presets
Copy the folder(s) into Develop Presets
Restart Lightroom
Mac
Open Lightroom
Go to: Lightroom (upper left of screen)• Preferences • Presets
Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder
Double click on Lightroom
Double click on Develop Presets
Copy the folder(s) into Develop Presets
Restart Lightroom

What versions of Lightroom are compatible?
All of the presets on Presets Galore are compatible with Lightroom versions 4, 5 and 6. This includes the Lightroom version that comes with Creative Cloud.
What if I lose my presets or change computers?
Prior to changing computers, you can save your presets to an external storage device such as a thumb drive or a CD. You can then move them to your new computer. If you lose your presets due to a computer crash, or for any other reason, please contact me and I will resend them to you manually.
What file types are compatible with the presets?
All of our presets are compatible with both jpeg and RAW images.
Are the presets compatible with both PC and Mac?
Yes, the presets are compatible with both PC and Mac. Lightroom uses the exact same file type for both platforms.
I don’t have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase with a credit card?
Yes. You can still purchase the presets without a PayPal account. To do so, add your product to the cart and proceed to the checkout screen to fill out your billing details. Click on “Proceed to Paypal”. Directly underneath the PayPal login area, click on “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal credit”. Your credit card information will be secure with PayPal.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. I will grant a refund anytime within the first 30 days of purchase. However, please contact me if you need any help prior to requesting a refund. I am always happy to provide support.
Can I use the presets for commercial work?
Yes, you can use the presets for personal and commercial work, with no attribution required (although it is always appreciated). However, you may not share or sell the actual presets or any derivative presets.
