This is a great Lightroom preset for architecture and landscapes. It can also work well with some portraits.

This Photoshop action will brighten a dark portrait or snapshot, while making color more naturally vivid. The example photo is of my lovely 4 year old daughter having lunch in Chipotle.
Teal Water – Lightroom Preset 126
This Lightroom preset will change blue water to a more green/blue or teal.
Dreamy Matte – Photoshop Action 125
This Photoshop action will create a very soft and matte look for your photos. It’s best suited to photos that aren’t very bright.

This Lightroom preset was tested on a number of photos. It looks great with most subjects, but might be too yellow for some scenes.

This Photoshop Action will add contrast and color to bland Landscape shots. It’s not great for skin-tones so I wouldn’t recommend using it on shots that include people, unless you find that you like the look.
